BlueFloat NZ Holdings GP Ltd

BlueFloat Energy, a global developer of offshore wind, is exploring development opportunities for offshore wind at sites across New Zealand and Australia. In New Zealand, BlueFloat is developing a portfolio of a number of fixed and floating offshore projects. Manawa Energy

Manawa Energy was formed after Trustpower sold their mass-market retail business to Mercury in May 2022 (along with the Trustpower brand). Manawa Energy is now New Zealand’s largest independent electricity generator and renewables developer, representing approximately 5% of New Zealand’s existing generation capacity.

Mercury NZ Ltd

Mercury generates 100% homegrown renewable energy through hydro, geothermal and wind power. Our 222MW wind farm at Turitea in the Manawatu is under construction, and we have acquired wind farms at Tararua (163MW), Mahinerangi (36MW) and Waipipi (133MW). We have a strong pipeline of wind generation sites. All this contributes to Mercury’s mission of energy freedom for New Zealand and New Zealanders.

Meridian Energy
