Tararua Wind Farm - Stage 1
The Tararua wind farm consists of two phased developments known as Tararua I and Tararua II. Tararua I has a capacity of 31.7 MW and was opened in 1999. Tararua II was opened in 2004 and adds a further 36.3 MW to the installed capacity at the site. All of the following photos were taken before Tararua II was opened.
