NZWEA members are invited to attend the New Zealand Wind Energy Association (NZWEA), Annual General Meeting (AGM), on 12 February 2026 at 3:30pm, generously hosted by Buddle Findlay, Wellington.
The Chair and CEO will provide an update on the various activities of the Association along with the state of Aotearoa New Zealand’s wind energy sector. The NZWEA FYE2025 Annual Performance Report will also be presented for ratification.
Voting for the next term of NZWEA Board Members will also take place, along with the Chairperson position. Nomination forms for these positions were sent to members on 20th January.
Following the formal AGM agenda, members will hear from guest speaker Trevor Nash, Country Manager, Yinson Renewables, who will share his insights on the following:

🔵 Global and NZ programme
🔵 Genesis partnership
🔵 Mt Cass wind farm project
🔵 Working together on key topics via NZWEA.
The event will conclude with a networking hour, providing an opportunity for members to connect and continue the conversation.
