 We seek to become a leading global renewable energy independent power producer, contributing to the global energy transition to a sustainable energy system, while delivering long term value to our stakeholders. Our primary focus is onshore wind and solar, and we are exploring the possibilities of offshore wind, hydro and other opportunities. We operate across the full value chain, beginning from early-stage site investigation, gaining necessary consents to build, offtake agreements, financing, constructing and ultimately delivering and managing operational generation assets. To date we have developed a significant portfolio of projects which will feed short and medium-term growth with new ready to build projects. We seek to become a long term Independent Power Producer (IPP) in the New Zealand electricity market.
