Introducing the NZWEA Portal

NZWEA has implemented a new Portal which also includes a Conference System which we are using to manage registrations for the 2022 Wind Energy Conference and Offshore Wind Workshop.

The Portal enables delegates to complete the registration process online with the options of debit or credit card payment as well as by bank transfer. A debit / credit card payment option has been a frequently requested option from delegates.

The Portal contains details of NZWEA members and individuals and organisations that the Association connects with particularly for communicating information on upcoming events.

Accessing the Portal

We have updated the Portal with all the information we have on members and individuals and organisations NZWEA connects with.  For most your email address is already in the Portal. Please follow the below steps to access the Portal:

Go tohttps://nzwea.gecco.co.nz/

You will see a NZWEA screen with the option to log in or create an account.

If you’ve had recent contact with the Association or receive our communications we should have you email address recorded in the Portal.

Enter your email address and select ‘I’ve lost my password

You will receive an email to reset your password.

Note: If you are new to NZWEA and don’t have an account please select Create one.

Click on the email ONCE

Please note the reset is only valid for 48 hours.

If you receive a message Change your password - the password link is invalid or expired please request a new one by clicking the ‘here’ link.

If you have not received the email please look in your junk mail folder.

If the email is in your junk folder, please add it to your safelist and move it to your inbox. Once there, you can proceed with clicking the link.

Set up your new password

This will take you to your dashboard.

Click on your name (on the right-hand side of the screen)

You can then check your profile by clicking on "View Profile".

If your email address is not recognised select ‘Don’t have an account’

You will receive an email to set up create an account and set up a new profile.

 

Registering for the 2022 Wind Energy Conference and Offshore Wind Workshop

Once you have accessed the Portal registering for the Conference and Workshop is as follows:

Select ‘click here to register for the conference’

You will see a banner in blue at the top of the screen this takes you to conference system. Here you can review the programmes and see our sponsors.

To register click the green ‘register’ button at the top right of your screen,

This gives you the option of registering yourself or a group.

If registering yourself select the required ticket.

There are several options available for either attending in-person or online:

  • Wind Energy Conference and Offshore Wind Workshop.
  • Wind Energy Conference only.
  • Offshore Wind Workshop only.

Please ensure you enter any specific dietary requirements and click next

 

You will see a reference to ‘Choose which optional sessions you would like to attend’.

Both the Wind Conference and Offshore Wind Workshop are being run as single day events and there are no other sessions to choose from.

Confirm your registration and click ‘submit’ if you wish to proceed and register

This will take you to the invoicing system.

Choose your preferred payment method

Please note you have the option of downloading an invoice for payment by bank transfer or paying via a debit or credit card.

You will receive an email confirming details.

 

Additional Registering a Group

Select whether to bill a member or organisation.

If selecting ‘organisation ’ enter the number of people to register and click next

You will then be prompted to enter their names and email addresses.

Enter delegate names and email addresses

Select the required ticket for each delegate
