NZWEA Rules of Association

The New Zealand Wind Energy Association (NZWEA) is incorporated under the 'Incorporated Societies Act 1908'. The Rules of the New Zealand Wind Energy Association Incorporated (PDF, 1.2MB)   provide the following information:

  • the name of the Society
  • the reasons why it exists
  • the process in accordance with which persons can become (and cease to be) members
  • how changes to the Rules are made
  • the method by which General Meetings of the Society are held
  • the control and investment of funds of the Society
  • and a variety of other matters.
